6. Avoid Comfort Food
It’s happened to everyone: the day has been difficult and we are in a very bad mood, so to cheer us up a bit, we put on the table our favourite dish or a special dessert. It can be a pizza, or a simple slice of bread smeared with jam or cocoa cream, a chocolate ice cream or roast chicken: everyone has their own consolatory food to draw on to calm a little hunger and at the same time to forget the reasons for discontent.
If you are in this situation, try not to make a snack but to do an activity that keeps you busy, perhaps with a friend or your partner.
