Reasons for wrinkles on the neck:
To begin with, they come in two forms. 1st so-called cords – small vertical wrinkles – are formed less frequently and usually by 55-60 years. But a wrinkled neck is no longer the prerogative of women of age. Increasingly, the rings of Venus – horizontal furrows – occur with the youngest faces.
There are several reasons for this:
- neck skin properties – dryness, thinness, insufficiency of blood vessels for good circulation and oxygen saturation;
- improper care – “forgetting” about daily manipulations, poor-quality or inappropriate cosmetics, intense tanning and frequent exposure to the sunlight;
- habits – smoking, alcohol, overeating are always reflected externally;
- gadgets – yes, a separate point – everyday declination over the phone, sitting at the computer, reading lying down and high pillows there – everything that “refracts” the neck;
- dumping and weight gain;
- hereditary factor.
Here is a first few advice on how to prevent neck wrinkles: more often moisturize and tighten the skin of the neck, do more activities, keep your head tilted less (the smartphone is at eye level!), Sit and walk with your back straight.
Clean up bad habits, sleep on low, or better, orthopedic pillows. Take care of your health: the skin perfectly reflects problems with internal organs.
