Soft drinks are the first food to be removed from our diet, not only if we are trying to lose weight, but in general to protect our health. Besides being harmful to the stomach and the cardiovascular system, they are also dangerous because they inhibit our sense of satiety.
By drinking them, our blood glucose rises, falling about twenty minutes later and making us feel hungry again. That’s right: fizzy drinks make us hungry almost immediately. It’s better to always drink natural water or, alternatively, an extract (but not only fruit but also vegetables, just to avoid too much sugar).
