Foods That Make You Feel Hungrier

Often these products make us feel an immediate sense of satiety, but the carbohydrates and sugars (or glucose-fructose syrup) they contain act just as we said before, making us feel hungry very soon after. And, what’s more, they give us very few calories, making us feel less energetic and in need of nutrients.

The effect, therefore, may be the opposite, pushing us to binge for a snack or dinner. It is always better to balance everything with a fresh and healthy meal!
