White meat and fish, leaner and more digestible.

To resist the summer heat, prefer white meat, lighter and more digestible, instead of red meat and cold cuts, which contain a lot of saturated fat and more calories. Chicken is ideal: it provides our body with the right amount of protein, contains potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron as well as B vitamins.

You can eat it twice a week to alternate with fish, another essential anti-hot food on our tables in summer, to be eaten three times a week.
