White meat and fish, leaner and more digestible.
To resist the summer heat, prefer white meat, lighter and more digestible, instead of red meat and cold cuts, which contain a lot of saturated fat and more calories. Chicken is ideal: it provides our body with the right amount of protein, contains potassium, magnesium, phosphorus and iron as well as B vitamins.
You can eat it twice a week to alternate with fish, another essential anti-hot food on our tables in summer, to be eaten three times a week. For these foods, you prefer grilled or baked and you prefer bluefish: cod, mackerel, anchovies, anchovies, but also salmon, all rich in Omega 3. Another digestible and light fish is sole, ideal also for children.
