Eating a whole bag of chips at once without any problems might be super delicious, but it’s not the best idea. Keeping the bag of chips and M&M’s in front of you on the table is convenient, but serving your snacks in a bowl is a lot smarter.

You can still give yourself a refill, but you’ll likely be satisfied after one or two servings. By eating controlled portions, you become more aware of what you actually eat and tend to enjoy your snacks even more.
